Phil Anderson Cycling
All bookings are made with Phil Anderson Cycling Pty Ltd. By booking a trip with us you are deemed to agree to these Booking Conditions constituting the entire agreement. The services and product to be provided are those on the PAC website and that of your booking invoice.
Select your product of choice and then book online at www.philandersoncycling.com.au or contact Phil Anderson Cycling directly if you would like to book your tour manually. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.Once your booking has been accepted, you will be issued a confirmation invoice. A contract will exist between you & Phil Anderson Cycling Pty Ltd from the issue date of the confirmation invoice. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding payment dates. Payment of the balance of the trip is due as per the date indicated on your invoice. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as Cancelled
Group bookings will be confirmed by a Phil Anderson Cycling representative and cannot be processed online. Once your booking has been accepted, you will be issued a confirmation invoice. All prices quoted by Phil Anderson Cycling are per person. Prices are inclusive of taxes & charges that apply and are provided as a guide only and may vary due to changes in taxes or charges or due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. Please note that the price of your holiday may change at any time if any taxes or charges are introduced or varied, unless you have paid in full the quoted price of your holiday.
All payments are made by Direct Deposit or credit card. Payment is accepted in AUD and your invoice will list bank details to pay by direct deposit accordingly. An additional 3.50% Credit Card Service Fee will apply for international currency Visa and MasterCard and 1.04% surcharge for domestic card payments (AUD). If booking online, this charge will automatically be added to your deposit amount processed.
Payment Schedule (excludes flights):
120 – 91 days prior to departure – 50% payment due of the trip price (less fully refundable deposit up to 120 days prior to departure.) 90 – 61 days prior to departure – 75% payment due of the trip price
60 days and less prior to departure – 100% payment due of the trip price.
Deposit: Expressions of Interest,
We open up our Reservations for trips with a fully refundable $500 AUD deposit. This ensures priority booking status if there is a waiting list. To cancel an expression of interest deposit a cancellation request must be submitted in writing/ via email to Phil Ande
The balance of your trip payment is due no later than 120 days prior to your trip departure date, we will forward via email your final payment invoice. You can choose to make full payment earlier if you prefer to finalise your trip payment early, contact us and we will arrange for an invoice to be sent.
What if I have to transfer, change or cancel my trip:
We understand you may not be able to go on your trip, cancel, change or transfer due to personal or medical reasons. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to transfer to another trip that has places available. If you have a question give us a call or email.
Due to the high demand, limited hotel availability and the advance payments expected by our hotels and restaurants we use, the following cancellation conditions apply to all of our trips.
Please note that some tours offered by Phil Anderson Cycling are subject to minimum numbers to depart. Phil Anderson Cycling reserves the right to cancel tours at any time prior to the departure date in which case any deposit or other payments made on account of the tour shall be refunded to the client. The client shall have no right to claim damages from Phil Anderson Cycling.
Phil Anderson Cycling Tours reserves the right to make hotel and route modifications which become necessary due to circumstances beyond their control and undertake to inform participants as soon as possible.
Note; Phil Anderson Cycling Tours has not had to ever cancel a trip, but in the event we do due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the trip in which case all payments including the deposit will be refunded. This will constitute full settlement.
Cancellations: If you terminate or cancel your booking with Phil Anderson Cycling Pty Ltd. cancellation fees will apply.

Insurance & Liability
Activities on tour;
Bike Riding – Phil Anderson Cycling or its agents is not liable for any personal injuries or medical costs associated with accidents sustained from activities involved in participating on tours or experiences. Phil Anderson Cycling is not liable for any damage to personal property (including loss of luggage) or any other losses that arise from travelling with us or that result from accident, cancellation, travel delays or anything else out of our control.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory before attending a Phil Anderson Cycling international tour or experience. If you are a rider, you must be covered for road and bicycle accidents in the country that your tour is taking place by your own comprehensive travel insurance or local insurance policy. Policy must cover personal injury while on tour, medical costs associated with accidents, loss of luggage among other coverages.
Comprehensive Travel Insurance is highly recommended. If you terminate or cancel your booking the cancellation is final and you cannot reclaim your spot on tour at a later date prior to departure. Phil Anderson Cycling recommends Cycling Australia membership for cover at all times. Proof of membership must be provided for local experiences.
Phil Anderson Cycling has no control over the Event and does not have any and cannot accept any liability for the actions or omissions of the organisers or operators of the Event or their servants, agents or employees. Phil Anderson Cycling shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by the cancellation of the Event because of government action, strike, civil commotion, an act of terror or national disaster. In no circumstances shall Phil Anderson Cycling be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Phil Anderson Cycling give no warranties that the Event shall take place in the time and place stipulated or at all. Phil Anderson Cycling shall not be liable to give any refund in the event of the Event being cancelled or postponed save where the customer has insured against cancellation. Phil Anderson Cycling has no responsibility for any property of personal effects at the Event.
Phil Anderson Cycling or its third party reserve the right either before or during the tour to refuse to carry or accommodate any client which it reasonably considers, in the light of the best interests of all participants in the tour, to be unsuitable by reason of physical or mental condition or unruly behaviour.
Descriptions featured are based on current domestic and international hotel and event guides. Information provided is subject to change without notice at any time. Phil Anderson Cycling has made every effort to ensure this information is accurate at time of development.
Inclusions & Exclusions:

Helmets: An approved cycling helmet must be worn at all times whilst cycling irrespective of the local laws. Fitness:It is imperative you ensure that you are of an appropriate level of fitness to participate in your trip. Medical Conditions: It is a condition of signing on for your trip that you notify us of any medical ailments from which you suffer which may affect your ability to participate in the trip. Bike Maintenance: Phil Anderson Cycling Tours may include terrain that you may not be familiar with. If you bring your own bike it is your resonsibility to ensure it is serviced before your trip and is in a safe, roadworthy condition. We will not be liable for any damage or injury caused as a result of a failure caused by your bike, or its operation. It is your responsibility to bring with you any unique tools, electronic shifting chargers, special components which may be required for your bike. We will provide a list of “what to bring” in your trip information. Meals: It is the responsibility of the traveller to notify Phil Anderson Cycling of any specific dietary requirements. Phil Anderson Cycling will try to satisfy any requirements within reason. Phil Anderson Cycling is not liable for any medical costs associated with any illness sustained from meals provided on tour.
Passports & Visas
You must ensure your passport has a validity of six months after your return date to your host country and advise us if you wish us to make any necessary visa application on your behalf. In the event that you are travelling to a country or countries which do not require a visa for passport holders, you must tell us if you have been arrested or convicted in respect of any offence or breach of law. Non-disclosure of this information may lead to your being refused entry on arrival in certain countries. In that event, we take no responsibility whatsoever. If you do not wish to disclose such information to us, then you must contact the embassy of each country of destination and make your own arrangements in regard to entry to that country.
